Our Vision
We aim to build a more stable and sustainable local community through development projects that consider environmental, social, and economic aspects. Our vision is based on the belief that women and youth are the foundation of development, and investing in their potential is the key to a better future.

Our Projects
Our projects have expanded over the years to include beekeeping, organic farming, productive kitchens, pickles and garment manufacturing, as well as handicrafts such as straw, organic soap, and embroidery. Recently, we launched recycling and organic fertilizer projects to protect the environment and create job opportunities.

News
Our latest achievements and initiatives reflecting our commitment to sustainable development.
We are proud of our continued participation in national and local events, such as the opening of the recycling factory in Deir Alla. We continue to launch new initiatives that serve the community, enhance women’s participation in the local economy, and provide youth with practical and professional experience.

Plastic Recycling Basket Project
The association launched an innovative project aimed at reducing plastic waste in the Jordan Valley by collecting and recycling it. This project not only contributes to environmental protection but also creates real job opportunities for women and youth while raising community awareness about recycling.

Community Partnerships
We constantly seek to build effective partnerships, such as our cooperation with hotels in the Dead Sea to collect plastic waste and with the recycling factory in Deir Alla to supply collected materials. These partnerships help us create greater impact in the local community.
